Location
Event 1 is going back to the popular Stetson Bowl, at the Cloverdale Rodeo grounds in Surrey B.C. This facility has covered grandstand seating for 1000's of spectators, clean indoor washrooms, full concession, and secured covered staging area.
The immedite neighborhood offers a huge variety of shopping, hotels, restraunts, and services. It is located minutes off Highway #1 down 176th. For exact location click on the MAP.
This facility also offers overnight camping with full hookups for a fee.

Friday April 11th
3:45pm - Team registration opens (open until 6:00pm)
4:00pm - Fields open for walking by all teams.
5:00pm - practice begins ($60.00 includes 1 case of paint).
8:00pm - practice ends(fields open for walking again 30-60 minutes,may be dark)
Saturday April 12th
6:45am - Doors open (registration and paint sales)
7:15am - Division 4/3 captains meeting.
7:30am - Division 4/3 Games begin!
8:00am – Trade show opens,spectator admission opens
12:30pm - Division 1 and 2 captains meeting.
1:00pm - Division 1 and 2 games begin
Sunday April 13th
6:45am - Doors open
7:15am - Division 4/3 games begin.
TBA - Division 1 and 2 games begin
TBA - Division 1/2/3 semi-finals
TBA - Division 1/2/3/finals
Team fees and registration
Registration for teams opens March 6th 2008 at 10:00 pm. Final deadline is April 8th at 8:00pm.
All entry fees are due in full at the time of registration, or your entry will be considered null and void. Please go to the registration page HERE to enter your team
The maximum amount of teams we can accept for this event will be 34, Registration is on a first come first serve basis, if you miss the deadlines…...to bad……no exceptions. Remember fees are due in full at time of registration! This event will sell-out quickly, so please register immediately!
There will be lower entry fees for teams registering before March 18th

VIP Staging
Because of the limited space for staging, and the waits between games, we have pleased to offer all teams (of means) a private, luxury staging option. The cost will be $250.00 per team,for the weekend, and there will be 5 such spots available. This option includes:
-10x20 private, heated, walled area for the whole weekend! (not shared)
- two 4x6 tables
- 5-7 chairs
- 2 garbage cans
- free bottled water,sport drinks,soda and fresh assorted fruit
- 2 free pit passes for staff ($20.00 value)

Hotel
The official host hotel for 2008 BCPPL events is the Sandman Hotel chain. The Sandman in Langley is offering the best rates around for player's attending E1. This hotel is located off Hwy #1 at the 200th street exit. As with the tournament location, there is tons of restraunts, and other services within walking distance. The hotel itself is 10-15 minutes from the Stetson Bowl.
This hotel group has been a proud supporter of BC paintball the past few years. We strongly encourage all teams to support them.
