In order to have a smooth event  this weekend, we have compiled some basic information to help you and your team. If you have a question that you don’t see answered here please email us at info@bcppl.com. League staff will be unavailable Thursday until Monday event weekend.

The address for the Venue is:
The Cloverdale Fairgrounds

6050A-176th Street
Surrey BC

Directions to the Venue can be found HERE

We recieved a request last year from the Surrey RCMP that there be no markers publicly exposed other than the field, staging area, or chrono range. Display markers in the trade show vendors area by the vendors is acceptable. In short this means your guns must be stored out of sight unless you are in authorized "player only" areas. Your markers must be stored out of sight at all other times. If you need repairs from a vendor, you must put it in a bag and transport it to them that way.

Markers displayed or exposed in any other way will result in a immediate ejection from the Cloverdale rodeo grounds.

This rule applies to............ players, vendors, staff, judges, visitors, and anyone else at the event

We will have no less than 4 security people onsite at any given time. They will all have the power to remove anyone at any given time, at there own discretion. We are very sorry about this harsh turn of events. We have told the RCMP they could expect nothing but absolute proffesionalism from all players, as in all past BCPPL events.

Large US events have also had to impose these kinds of restrictions at certain facilities in the past. It really won't be an issue if everyone just uses common sense.

Finally, please get all of your team members to fill there air tanks on Friday night. With 20 7man teams starting at the same time, it is very draining on any air system.

We need all teams to be responsible with air (with so many teams) to guarantee 4000+ fills.
